The Dr. Ceuracle Jeju Matcha Tea Essence is a dual-layer purifying hydrating milky toner that deeply soothes, smooths and helps support a healthy-looking skin barrier. Formulated with 71% Green Tea Water and exclusive Matcha Extract to deliver powerful antioxidant and brightening effect to the skin. Also contains PHA and LHA to gently exfoliate the skin and clear impurities, while 9-Peptide boosts skin elasticity and improves the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. This milky, toner-like essence features a fast-absorbing, lightweight texture that leaves skin soft, smooth and refreshed without a sticky or heavy feeling. Suitable for all skin types.
