Directions
For immediate absorption: Pour toner into hands, gently press, and pat directly onto the skin. For use with cotton pad: Soak the cotton pad with toner and gently sweep across the skin. For facial mask with cotton pad: Soak a few cotton pads with toner and gently place them onto areas where hydration is needed most.
